Every property scores 0–100. Five tiers tell you exactly where it sits:
Fool's Gold (0–49): Looks good on paper. Doesn't stack.
Bronze (50–59): Edges of viable. Bring a sharp pencil.
Silver (60–69): Honest middle ground. Negotiate well and it becomes a Gold.
